I’ve now had a few sessions with Rebekah, and when I first started I was feeling really overwhelmed and drained, like my head was full and I just couldn’t think straight.

Before the session I was stuck in a rut. I was putting on a face but had all these emotions inside of me. I was so over stimulated. I’m only 16 and I’d never had a healing session before but I was coming up to my GCSE’s and my Mum (who’d had sessions with Rebekah) thought it may help so suggested I try it.
Before the healing session I felt like my emotions had mainly taken over me. Even in the slightest comment towards me, I’d just lash out. I felt calm at times but not a lot of the time. Every day it would happen. My patience towards people was really short.
Rebekah explained what she’d be doing first and said my job was just to close my eyes, breathe and try to relax. During the session I felt really calm, it was like a safe space for me where I could say anything. Colours were going round my head when the healing happened. It was really peaceful. I had never experienced Crystal Healing and Reiki before so did not know what to expect. I was feeling stressed and Rebekah suggested I try a healing session.

I had a Reiki Healing from Rebekah I was not sure about it at first, but Rebekah eased my views. I had lots of personal stuff going on at the time with family, work, general daily life.
